Individual therapy helps clients build momentum for change and improves their quality of life. Knowing that you don’t have to face your struggles alone can be deeply healing. Individual work can be helpful for anxiety, stress, food-related issues, trauma, sexuality, etc. Our goal in individual counseling is to help establish healthy coping skills. Greenbrier Counseling utilizes person-centered, trauma-informed, body-positive, LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy to help build self-compassion, self-awareness, and resilience.
